What does 369 actually do for my athlete?+
369 is private athlete management. We run every variable in your athlete’s career: strategic placement into schools and teams, contract negotiation, development coordination with skills and S&C coaches, NIL deals and brand positioning, media, and family-side representation. The founder personally reviews every contract before it is signed.
Who is 369 right for?+
Families with a serious athlete inside a real window: junior or senior year of high school, transfer portal, NIL eligibility, or pro contract on the table. Families already paying $20-60K per year on prep school, hockey programs, or showcases. Risk-averse families that want one operator running the system, not five vendors running pieces.
What is the difference between representation and a recruiting service?+
Recruiting services help athletes get seen: reels, profiles, showcase outreach, database listings. Representation manages the entire career: placement, contracts, NIL, development, media. The founder is a fiduciary to the family. A recruiting service is paid to list. They are regulated differently, they take different obligations, and they do not replace each other. 369 covers recruiting in-house for its families.
Does 369 negotiate NIL deals?+

Can I keep my current agent and work with 369?+
Not on the same scope. Duplicate representation creates conflicting messaging to coaches and duplicates fees. Where a family already has a coach, recruiting consultant, or NIL platform on a narrow scope, 369 will run a transition plan before exclusivity kicks in. We tell families directly when we are not the right fit, and recommend who is.
How is representation different at the 369 engagement levels?+
Representation is included at every level of the 369 management engagement. The depth of coordination scales with the engagement scope: who attends in-person, how many coach calls per month, how many showcases 369 staffs, how comprehensive the brand build sits alongside the contract work.
