Most families spend more on travel hockey than the Foundation tier.  The difference is - that money has a plan.

The three tiers

Engagement runs a full season (12 months). All tiers are founder-led - Robert is on the call for every meaningful decision in your athlete’s first 18–24 months. Tier choice is based on athlete level, recruiting timeline, and family goals.

For families who don’t need a full tier yet but want a specific service done right. Each is a one-time engagement, no subscription and no commitment to a tier.

Pre-season plan, strength & conditioning program design, recovery protocols. Built in coordination with 369 performance staff for your specific sport.

Reel teardown, scout-grade notes, recommended re-shoots, and a written report identifying placement-grade vs gap moments. Delivered within 5 business days.

How families choose

The wrong tier is worse than no tier. If you’re unsure, start with Foundation - we’ll tell you if you should upgrade after the first quarter. If you’re already chasing pro contracts, start at Black Label. Most families land in the middle.

If your athlete is U16 at AAA level

Start with Foundation

Plant the recruiting calendar early. Get the Elite Prospects profile up. Build the parent strategy. Most U16 families don’t need active scout outreach yet - they need a plan and an honest evaluation.

If they’re chasing NCAA D1

Go Comprehensive

You need active scout outreach, direct coach pitching, professional media production, and concierge family management. D1 recruiting is a relationship game - databases don’t cut it.

If you’re pre-pro or pro family

Apply for Black Label

24/7 access, in-person evaluation with Robert, sports psychology, nutrition, NIL positioning, cinematic media, and full management. For families where the career has already started.

What happens after you apply

    Robert reads your application personally

    No call-centre intake. No assistant. Robert reviews every application himself within five business days. If you’re not a fit, you’ll hear that on day one - with a recommendation of who is.

  2. 02

    30-minute call. No pitch deck

    If you’re a fit, we book a 30-minute call. We talk through your athlete, your sport, your timeline, your real questions. No PowerPoint. No high-pressure follow-up. The audit is free, always.

  3. 03

    Onboarding starts within a week

    If we’re a fit and you’re ready, onboarding starts within 7 days of the call. First-month deliverables: full player evaluation, Elite Prospects profile, strategy document, and the first calendar of scout outreach milestones.

The actual money questions, answered before you get on the call. If yours isn’t here, ask it in your application - we’ll address it personally.

01 Are payment plans available?

Yes. All three tiers can be paid annually upfront or in quarterly instalments. Black Label Elite engagements can also be structured around the athlete’s season calendar. Payment terms are agreed during onboarding, not the application - cash flow shouldn’t block you from applying.

02 Can I upgrade or change tiers mid-year?

Yes. Mid-year tier upgrades are common - a family on Foundation that suddenly has scout interest often moves to Comprehensive. The unused portion of the original tier is credited toward the new one. Downgrades are rare and reviewed case by case.

03 What is NOT included in 369 tiers?

369 fees never cover tournament fees, sport gear, school tuition, room and board, out-of-state evaluation travel, or visa filings. We will refer vetted partners for any of the above. We do not take kickbacks from referral partners.

04 Are engagement fees refundable?

Refunds are not standard. Engagements are structured for a full season (12 months) and the work begins immediately on onboarding. If 369 ends an engagement early, a pro-rated refund is issued for unused service time. The application call is always free.

05 Do you offer multi-athlete discounts?

Multi-athlete families (siblings) receive 15% off the second engagement and 20% off the third, within the same season. Multi-sport athletes (one kid playing two sports represented under one tier) are handled within a single engagement at no additional fee.
